From a western viewpoint, one thinks of a "third world country" as ugly and backwards. BUT, people from Europe and the the USA see things differently. Goa (the land my ancestors hail from) is flooded with Germans, French, Brits and Russians. Locals feel as if there are too many of them buying the place up. Americans on the other hand tend to look at South America and western Europe as "foreign" and forget that the rest of the world exists. This world is a beautiful place and filled with diversity. India is diverse in itself. In all the times I have been there, I have realized that the place is beautiful in its own way. The moments I have had there were unforgetable, yet unexplainable. India is magical. As opposed to stereotypes of Indians, the culture is beautiful in itself and the concept of "family" the most of the world should learn from.

Anyway, before I go further, watch this movie.

The movie is about an American who goes to India to train people for a call center. While he is there, he experiences a lot he never thought he would. The movie is called "Outsourced".

More info on the movie at : http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0425326/

African Music

I love music from all over the world. I listen to a lot of modern french music from France and mostly from French influenced countries. There are some good music artists like Magic System, Alizee and Kyo. Magic System is from the Ivory Coast, a former French colony. Here is one of their songs:

There is a website called www.africanhit.com

They have some good music, but a lot of real bad music. Some of the topics they sing on is simply SAD! For example, there is a hip hop music artist called "Wedy" and he sings about how he can afford a scooter and has a girl who wears a G-string. There is also a music artist who sings about how he has running water all day because of his new water pump.

The Nepalese Flag

On the left is the flag of Nepal. I find it interesting. It looks like two triangles humping to me. Would be interesting if this resulted in the female triangle giving birth to a square. The female triangle would have some explaining to do. Giving the excuse that the baby is a result of two siamese triangle babies fusing in just the right way wouldnt work...or would it? Too bad we arent triangles. It is a lot tougher to prove that for us humans. Unless there the husband is a dumbass. There are a lot of dumbasses in this world, as I am sure you know. I am sure you know a few in your social network. If you dont, you are probably the dumbass.
